I love the layout of the pool, it’s a really long pool. The attention to detail with the toiletries provided is just incredible. The main person who checked us in was really nice, he welcomed us and made us feel comfortable and he remembered we mentioned we wanted food and he called us directly when the grab driver could not get to us. Plus point is the location is solid

The location was great , close to all the markets and dining, there is a back entrance from the hotel directly to the beach. The beds and pillows were amazing, beautiful and comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily and replenished with bottles of water.

Our room was cleaned daily without asking. The staff were really friendly. The pool was great, not the best for kids but they still had fun. I would probably stay here again, well priced. Also the rooms had Netflix which kept the kids at bay. We stayed in 4 places and this was the only place that offered Netflix surprisingly.

Good start with prompt and friendly check in. Our room was clean and although a bit on the small side was well appointed. We were glad that we chose the convenience of a pool access room. We were surprised to be handed a breakfast menu as we were used to having a buffet breakfast in Bali. However, we were not disappointed as we tried most dishes on offer and all were delicious. There was also a decent food and drink selection in the hotel restaurant Romeos. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The service is great. The staff took really good care of you and your needs, always smiling and ready to help. Best experience with hotel services ever. The swimming pool is also nice but I didn't have a chance to try it because the beach is only 5' away. There are also many nice restaurants and facilities near the hotel.
